Is making the change to Paz Billing Service is easy.
Download, email or call Paz to request your Registration Material and return the forms with your $150.00 registration fee to Paz. Once we receive the forms and fee, we can begin billing for you!
How long will it take to set up my account?
After Paz receives your registration material, we can immediately begin filing your claims. However, it can take between 2-4 weeks for our electronic clearinghouse to set you up in their system. But during this time, we will process your claims by paper.
Will I have to buy expensive equipment or software?
No. In fact you don’t have to have any equipment or software at all. With the specialized software the billing representative has, all of you data entry of new patients, posting of charges and payments, and statement sending can be totally outsourced. [Top]
Will my patient charts ever have to leave my office?
Absolutely not! Any information Paz needs, can be submitted via fax, phone, mail and within the next few months via secured web access. Only information that is pertinent to filing the claim is necessary. All patient information is kept in the strictest of confidentiality and is only used for billing purposes. Paz Billing Service will only have access to what you give them access to.
What will my office staff be responsible for?
You decide how much your staff will be responsible for depending upon the services you wish Paz to render.
What are the data liabilities involved in using an outside service?
Paz Billing Service performs full weekly backups, followed by incremental backups daily on removable storage. We have a high powered UPS for emergency purposes, so all data can be saved and stored properly in a timely manner. The removable storage is secure in locked area, labeled and dated. [Top] |
